#927: Slow baking a lemon meringue pie

It's another beautiful day today and I have to admit that I'd rather be sitting in my garden than working, but I am going to do a little work and I hope you'll join me.

I'm slow baking a lemon meringue pie this evening and am very much looking forward to a slice as a reward for all I've done today. Are you going to reward yourself for all you've achieved?
