Every day this week I've wondered if I was going to make it out of bed and out to my studio. Today I haven't.
Join me and veteran hibernator, Buster-the-cat, who is being very supportive of my decision to take a midsummer hibernation. I'm rather groggy but have a fresh pot of tea and plan to do just a little bit of work.

As topsy-turvy as it might feel, I've decided that I need to be hibernating even though it's midsummer. For at least this week and maybe longer I'm going to try not to plan, sit on my sofa and see what feels the right thing to be doing.
Today Ounce lets me know that sitting still is the right thing to do by coming to sit on my lap as I start to record the podcast!
