Whilst I'm on holiday this week I shall be introducing five podcasts containing recordings made at the first World (Un)Productivity Summit held at Gladstone's Library at the beginning of May. I hope you enjoy the podcasts!

In today's podcast, I'm introducing a recording made by summit attendee Mary Gordon, who very kindly taught me how to crochet over the weekend!

In the podcast, Mary talks about how she approaches her own creativity a stitch at a time and how, by thinking about process rather than product, she has become extraordinarily productive and creative.

#950: Pausing and self-care

Restarting my qigong habit during my recent visit to Gladstone's Library has taught me a lot about pausing and self-care. I'm finding what I'm learning is expanding beyond my daily qigong practice and is beginning to affect my wider life.

In today's podcast, I'm talking about how this better understanding of the need to pause and look after myself before I need to has prompted me to take a holiday next week.

Join me in today's podcast for a little more work on some of those things we've been putting off and listen out next week for some holiday podcasts about the wonderful (Un)Productivity Summit I attended at Gladstone's Library a couple of weeks ago.
